The Videos 86>98

Notes

This is an outstanding video complement to The Singles 86>98. It also doubles as being the most definitive DM video collection released at the time. All the videos are sorted in chronological order and are sandwiched by a video retrospective up front and "A Short Film" towards the end. The opening retrospective features stories from the band during filming of several videos. "A Short Film" also serves as the EPK for the release. At the time, it was a comprehensive documentary of the band's golden years featuring the band and those who worked with the band on their albums. The collection was reissued in 2002 as a double DVD set entitled "The Videos 86>98 +". It came with a 2nd disc containing some former DMTV/Bongbishop Central exclusives "Strangelove '88", "Condemnation", "One Caress" and the uncut EPK's for "Violator", "Songs of Faith and Devotion", and "Ultra".
